THE FIRST IS TODAY I WENT TO THE DOC. FOR MY 38 WEEK CHECK UP AND THEY TOLD MY I HAVE BLOOD IN MY URINE , THE SAID IT WAS PROB. FROM ME THINNING HAS ANY ONE ELSE HAD THIS ?
NEXT THEY TOLD MY THEY WONT CHECK TO SEE IF I HAVE DIALITED UNTILL AFTER MY DUE DATE IS THAT NORMAL?

i don't know about the blood in the urine. but i WISH my doctors had kept their freaking hands off of me untill i was in labor. this time around i'm refusing internal exams untill i'm in labor or going on a week over due. all that "checking" is unnessisary in my opinion.

From what I have heard the checking is unnecessary. Some doctors don't routinely do internals. However, if you are requesting to be checked they should not deny you.

Blood in the urine does not sound normal to me...My Dr's wouldn't check me until I was 38 weeks...I agree that it is really unneccessary. Babies come when they come...some people have been 75% effaced and 2-3 cm dilated for weeks. It's hard being patient at the end, but I like the mystery of it all. :)
