Just wondering how long your labor was when going for a VBAC. My dr said they basically treat it like my first birth- others say that it will probably be faster than a first because my body has already gone through carrying a baby. I never had contractions with the first, b/c she was breech and it was planned. Any opinions or websites with facts?

I just had a VBAC at the end of August. I was in labor for about 12 hours, but pushed for 3 and 1/2 hours. It really wasn't too bad. I don't think a VBAC would be faster because you've never pa__sed a baby through your pelvis and out the birth ca___l. Your uterus might be "experienced" but I doubt that makes any difference as far as labor and especially delivery are concerned. Either way, v____al delivery is so much better than a C-section and the recovery rocks! You're gonna love it! Good luck!
