I have been cramping alot with alot of back pain, my sleep pattern has changed tremendously, I feel nauseated off and on, i had diarrhea like 2 days ago,and the baby dropped about a week and a half ago ... everyone keeps telling me that they think i will go into labor soon just wondering what you think?

I've had severe cramps and shooting pains down there for a week.. and nausea.. even threw up a few times. Low back pain, and I don't sleep nights now.. I started dilating a little over two weeks ago. : / I hope it means something soon.
