Hi. I'm 26 and a half weeks. I am wondering when is the best time to start drinking the red raspberry leaf tea. I know it has been debated- whether or not it brings on labor and if it is safe throughout pregnancy- but what do you think? Any great labor exoeriences associated with the tea that you can share would be great, too. So, to sum it up, when should I start drinking it and do you think it works? Thanks!

Hi Olivene. I actually started drinking the tea at about 36 weeks because I heard it might induce labor naturally. I have also tried the pineapple, walking, and occasional s_x--ha! ha! Anyway I've heard there are other benefits from drinking the tea. I think it is supposed to also tone/condition the uterus for a smoother/more productive delivery. If you haven't already, try doing a google search on pregnancy/labor and rasberry leaf tea. I am now 38 weeks pregnant and am scheduled to be induced on may 13--at 39 weeks. I can't wait. This is the last and longest week of my life. The tea tastes very good, nothing like rasberries though. Good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, Steffy. I hope you go into labor this week so you don't have to be induced. Good luck! You almost have your baby!

What does "bump" mean? I've seen it a few places.
