hi im kay and im 16 years young. im 34 weeks pregnant with a baby boy. Ive been in and out of the hopsital in pre term labor. I lost my mucus plug at 32 weeks. Ive been having some contractions. Nothing to bad but today i had diareah and ive been having some cramping in my stomach. DOes any one know what this means help please!

These are all signs of labour approaching. I am surprised the hospital is not watching you more closely because with the plug gone there is a higher risk of infection. Your body is getting ready and if the cramps become severe enough that you have to stop whatever you are doing and concentrate on them then they are contractions. Time them. If your waters break or start leaking then phone the hospital. It will feel possibly like you have 'wet' yourself but will have no smell. If they do break and they are anything other than colourless you need to go straight to the hospital as it could be a sign the baby is in distress. Good luck.

Definitely keep an eye on your cramps - time them for an hour if possible. If they are regular and close together, call your doc as it could be labour. Good luck!
