All Signs Of Labour Stopped

after 3 days of wondering is this it? everything has stopped! has this happened to anyone else? did you then go into true labour soon after?

Kelbabe, what exactly were all your signs of labor? At your last ob appointment were you dilated or effaced? I am just now 37 weeks along and for the last two nights have gone to bed with lots of BH contractions, intense menstral cramps and a lower back ache. Not to mention the baby's head is really down there sending sharp shooting pains down my hips and groin area. I am just wondering if I have not drank enough water and am dehydrated causing all this or if its signs of labor really being close....... How are you feeling today. Some times I think the nesting kicks in but also you kick in to a point where you are tired and sleep because its a way of preparing your body for the hard work its going to go through with labor. Im sorry you seem to be frustrated as you post a lot and you haven't gone into labor. Im sorry. Hope it happens really soon for you.

thanks for your reply. i have benn getting strong braxtons, nesting, loss of bloodless plug, back ache, bursts of energy, etc. yesterday it all stopped and i was really tired. i am getting the backache again but not as bad, plus sharp pains every 5 mins or so in the left of my belly, dont think they are contractions cause they are in the same place everytime. dont know how dilated or effaced i am cause we dont have internals over here till u are in labour. but the babys head is well engaged.
