I am having constant lower back pain, nothing eases it not walking or lying down. I also have notice a thick white stringy discharge. I've also been cramping in my abdominal. 38.2 weeks

sounds like your in early labor. nothing to worry about. the lower back pain is back labor. is the cramping timeable?? if so how far apart are they?? i wish you luck

I've been cramping for over 3 weeks now, at times pretty severe and my doctor says I'm not in labor. I also have the lower back pain. My doctor says you'll know because it will feel like a charlie horse in your stomach. I'm 39.4 weeks.

Sounds like your starting labor are you having contractions? That is the same way i started when i gave birth.

I have been having shooting pains down my cervix for a couple of days. Everytime I use the restroom I feel a kick "down there" but I know it can't really be a kick because the baby's head is in proper position. I am having contractions here and there but I am worried about the shooting pains. I try to find info on that type of pain and you don't hear of it often. Does anyone know what this means? I am 38.5 weeks...

I have the same thing and I am due tomorrow, Im not sure what it is but it really hurts at times. I also have "leakage" and its clear but the dr says my water has not broken. My mom says that it may be that my body is trying to loose the mucus plug. I dont know but Im ready for the baby to come out. ~Mother Of 2~

Crystal sounds like your in early labor. the lower back pain is back labor totally normal. how bad is the cramping?? Good Luck
