Can Someone Give Me Advice Please

i am 1 day over due today and i had a doctor apt. just on monday and i am 3 centimeters dialated snd my cervix is softened and thin . within that day i had tried to walk, have s_x, walk again to get something going . i had tried the fresh pineapple last week and last night i tried the raspberry tea last night been tried the walking and s_x thing all the time . i am scared to do the castor oil because i don't want diaharea or to shit on myself while delivering .
it is a boy and he is almost 8 pounds now and i wish he would just come out now
so if anyone has any advice on how i could possibly get these contractions to start or dialate alot more thank you everyone and goodluck with all you moms out there

Gosh I wish I could help you, but this is my first and I'm only 34weeks. I'll offer some encouragement tho! You know it'll happen sooner than later, sounds like things are getting started, good luck to you!

well caster oil is a no no its so dangerous people do not realise i took it to bring on my first labour and it didnt work but when i did go into labour my baby was distressed and when i pushed her out she was covered in meconium which could have killed her this may well have been due to the caster oil i took the week before as it works as a laxitive on you so it will do the same for baby.
sorry if this sounded more like a lecture but im worried for people that dont realise what happens
