I would like to know what this may mean, I have been feeling this cramping feeling down on my lower stomach that is constant and is not going away and I would like to know what it means and what I should do, or if I should be concerned. I am 29 weeks pregnant.

i had cramping for a week when i was around 30 weeks, it was due to gas tho... i dont think you have anything to worry about.

I always get paranoid about everything and always say to mention it to your doctor. Sometimes it is just gas. If it doesn't go away after you go to the bathroom, call your doctor during regular business hours (unless the pain is really bad?). If you were past 37 weeks, I would say don't worry cause if it was labor, woohoo. Since you're only 29 weeks I would see what they say.
