i have a friend who asked me to help her update two table tops. So, we had to sand the tops, clean the dust off, then apply the polyurathane. The whole time we wore dust masks and she did most of the sanding. (Also, it was a very well ventilated area.) However, it was getting late so i did some hand sanding, after the dust had settled a bit. Then, after we applied the coat of poly. I noticed that the I could smell the fumes. Did I harm my baby of 8 weeks??? can't sleep...
