I'm 38 weeks and i've been having painful cramps-like sensitions, they last for a few seconds( i've been having them for the last 3 days) what is it?

are the cramps getting longer and closer together by any chance. if so you could be in early labor. if they become longer and mins apart then you are most likely in labor.
