Giving Labour A Jump Start

i am 39 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child i am also single does anyone know of any remedies to get me in labour. I have tried a hot curry, going over speed bumps, even got my ex down the other night for a jump which was useless he did nothing for me, i havent tried castor oil yet as it didnt work on my 1st just made me go to the loo all day i cant think of anything else i will be greatfull for some other remedies if any one has any
