How do I enduce my own labor when I am still thick and have not dialated

hiii! i hear that you need to be partially dilated or effaced for those things to make a difference. that they wont START your dilation or effacement, but will progress it. dr said im 80% effaced and 0cm dilated... im 37.3 (37 w 3 d) pregnant and im trying everything short of drinking that nasty castor oil to induce my own..
but once you start progressing, heres what ive heard will work because ive been doing research on hurrying things myself...
walking, s_x, nipple stimulation,driving on a bumpy road, going up and down the stairs alot,spicy food...
but i dono what else...
and how far along are you?
