im 371/2 weeks pregnant and i have lost my mucous plug, having pretty strong and regular contractions but then they quit. i went to the hospital and they said im 4cm dilated and 75% effaced but they still sent me home. how can i get this labor going??????

well ive heard about taking castor oil to get things going , im 39.3 weeks and am planning to take it
