I'm not really sure what I've got happening here. About 2 hours ago I went to the bathroom and found quite a bit of blood and ever since I've been really crampy. Not contraction like, it just feels like I'm getting ready to start my period. Also, (this is kind of gross), I've got diahhrea all of the sudden. I'm currently 37 weeks. Does it sound like labor could come a little early for me?

Sounds like labor to me. If you are bleeding heavily there could be a problem with the placenta, you should go to the hospital. There should be a light streaking of blood if you are begginning to dialate but this should not be heavy.
