my due date has come and passed. I have experienced alot of lower back pain and mild contactions over the last few weeks, yesterday i lost my mucus plug and for two days, I have not felt any pain or contractions at all. Is this common?

I know that when I lost my mucus plug i went into labor an hour later, but my mother on the other hand lost hers on her due date and had me a week later. I think every women is different some lose theres a week before they give birth and others while giving birth at the hospital. I can tell you that right before i lost mine i had done a ton of walking at sea world, so try walking it may help speed things along. good luck
