im having shooting pains down my legs and lower back and tummy very hard but not yet had any contractions is this a sign of labour?

I had that earlier, I was told that was contractions. Pretty much since then Im having a back ache and menstrusl like cramps.

I thought so.. see.. lol.. Its my first, Im not sure if its your first. Today I havn't had anything but a back ache and upset stomach (BM).. eew.. lol
