when i woke up i felt like i needed to empty my bowels, but was a bit constipated. an hour later i had no trouble at all, some diahrrea. could this be a sign of labour?

I had the same at 1o'clock in the morning. Had cramps and couldn't sleep until 6 the next morning. I also thought that might be it but nothing happened.
