Trips To Bathroom Sign Of Impending Labor

I am 35 wks pregnant. Normally, I deal w/constipation, even when I'm not pregnant. However, lately I have been going quite regularly, sometimes even more and I know I'm not sick. Does this mean anything? I've heard you can have diarreah b/f going into labor. This isn't quite that but it's definitely different from the norm. Any advice?

I have heard the same thing. However, I am now 39w 2 days and have had this going on for over 2wks!! I think it just means that the baby is dropping and giving you a little room you haven't had in awhile...hang in there.

I've been going more regularly too. I usually suffer from IBS so am lucky if i go every 3 days but lately ive been going twice a day and sadly am still pregnant :o( i think its something to do with the baby's head pushing on the bowel which makes you have a movement.
