my friend is 6 days over due she lost her mucus 2 days ago and is haveing cramps but its not going any where is there somthing to helpp bring the labor on faster

i'm 4 days overdue. I know how she's feeling. I've tried castor oil, pineapples, walking, s_x.. And i'm still waiting. it's so aggravating. I think nothing works and they will just come when they are ready.
