5 Weeks Nothing In U S Havea Tilted Uterus

Hi Today I went for an ultrasound. I am 5 weeks pregnant and the ultrasound showed nothing. I had an ectopic last year and another miscarriage 2 years back. This time I got it on my own without using fertility drugs and I was so happy that for the first time I got pregnant without clomid and had no spotting so far like the other two. I have a tilted uterus. I have to go for another U/S next week. Do you think I have any chance??? Please tell me I have a chance. My OB scared me saying I might have another ectopic. But I am hopeful as I didn't have any spotting this time and I really feel pregnant

Hope it goes well for you at your next scan. I also have a tilted uterus - 20% of women have this and it should make no difference to the scan though do say to the doctor. My first scan was at 6 weeks when sac and baby were there. I don't know what should be there at 5 weeks but I think you should get weekly v____al u/s just to ensure its not ectopic - I hope not.
