thanks christina, well i came on yesterday, really really heavy same sort of bleeding i had with miscarriage, lots of large blood clots, dont no whats going on in there!!!

Nicola - I guess there are two possible scenarios in your situation. One is that you got pregnant right away and you miscarried (hence the clots, etc.) or the other is that your body could have simply been flushing the rest of your lining out from the last pregnancy miscarriage. Either way, you at least know where you stand and can plan for the future at this point. If I were you I would begin to start charting to see at what point in your cycle you ovulate so that when you are ready to TTC again, you will know your most fertile time... Good luck!

It has been a while since I have posted... so I thought I would let everyone in on the latest.... I recently found out I was pregnant for the 5th time (4 have been miscarriages) and will be losing this one too. What a emotional toll indeed that it is taking out on me. But I have now been reffered to a fertility specialist who specializes in recurrent miscarriages so I am hopeful that we will be able to get some answers to the causes. I am so blessed to have my precious daughter in my life and only realize this over and over again after all of these miscarriages. I know there is hope though! Hope everyone is doing well.

Hi I am 27 yrs old and I am pregnant I am not sure how far along I am. I am currently seeing a doctor but would like to obtain a second opinion, because my hcg levels are rising and I had light bleeding for two weeks that ended saturday . I have been checking my hcg levels with my doctor and they are rising but not the way they should when she does a v____al ultrasound she see's nothing no pregnancy. I am scared because she wants me to have a d&c the following tuesday and I don't understand she does not see anything on the ultrasound no looks of tubal or any pregnancy so how can she just sc___pe me if she see's nothing. Please help I am in remission from Hodgkins lymphoma and was told I could not have children and I had a healthy 2 yr old son after Chemo and I would like more children maybe a Girl!!!!

Orosia23 - What were your last HcG levels at? I believe they have to be over 1,000 in order to see it on the sonogram machine. The HcG levels will also give you an indication of how far along you are...

littlemadonna - April 25

When I started misscarrieng my were dropping drasticly. I would wait before you have a d&c until you know for sure. Oh and an update on me. I am pregnant again. I am about 2-3weeks so far I still need to go to my first dr's apt.

orosia23 - April 25

I am sorry my Hcg numbers are 1580 rite not I am sure I conceived at the middle of March, I am going today to try and get a second opinion I feel weird like I have cravings and my stomach is rising.

jcbruzda - April 25

Orosia23 - Your numbers are barely there in terms of being high enough to see the little one on the sonogram machine. I think it is too early to be totally honest. My primary recommendation would be to have your HcG levels rechecked again. If you are miscarrying, then you will see them barely increase or drop. With your HcG levels only being in the 1,000 mark, you really do not need a D & C in my opinion. The indicator of a healthy pregnancy is the doubling of levels every 2-3 days. I know this is stressful for you to go through... as I have been through it myself 4 times! Two of them were D & C's. Hang in there and cherish the time you have with your son.

Littlemaddona - CONGRATS!!! (This is Cristina, I had to change my username). I am so glad you are pregnant again. It is great when individuals come back to provide their happy news. It is inspriring! Best of luck to you!!

littlemadonna - April 25

Thank You! I am very early on though I know I was ovulating on the 10th so I am probably only a couple weeks. Wish me luck. I will keep you posted.

Cristina thanks for the info, my prays are with you also. I just went today to have a second opinion and they said they donot agree with a D&C they said that there was nothing on the sono but I am pregnant because I had a positive urine and my hcg numbers today were 2270 and maybe I got pregnant after the miscarriage because I had s_x with hubby on easter. I am confused and scared where is the baby, I just hope I don't have to go through chemo again that sucked or worse won't be able to have any children agian. :(

jcbruzda - May 9

Hi guys, it's Cristina here... It has been a while. I just wanted to encourage those of you who have had several miscarraiges to get a sonohystogram done. It is a painless procedure whereby they look at your uterus to see if you have anything in it which may be causing you to lose your baby. I had mine done last week and to my amazement, it looked like I had two uteruses!! Something is defintiley in there which will be removed via surgery. Anyhow, hope everyone is well... Nicolab -- did AF ever arrive for you?
