9wks Preg And Heavy Bleeding

i started bleeding at 7wks so i went to er and they said the baby had a heart beat of 165. and the baby was looking fine, but i have 2 cyst. i have not stopped bleeding since i have had small clots a couple of times but there is no pain. has anyone had this and if so was everything ok??? thanks
