BURNING PAIN NEAR APPENDIX

I am 9 months, and I have been having really bad burning pain near my bikini line area. at first thought was razor burn, but no sign of red or bumps, its on the inside. i can't wear panties, i can't stand that long either. my doc says its pressure or muscle but it hurts too much. I was thinking it might be my appendix. should i go to hospital? help!!!
