Bleeding During Pregnancy

My wife is just on her 7th month of pregnancy. She confronted bleeding before two months. after a complete bed rest it was over. Even if she is still on rest she had confonted another small bleeding yesreday. Is ther a pssiblity of comin this bledding again?
