Can we be get it checked whether 2 persons will have sucessful s_xual life like safe pregnancy using blood tests?

You can check for medical conditions which would put you more at risk of miscarriage or other pregnancy problems. However most miscarriages happen as a random error in the chromosones and a test before hand will not tell you if this will happen. One in every 5 pregnancies miscarries and often there is nothing wrong with either partner it just happens. By all means get tests done but you cant tell if you will miscarry in the future only if you have an increased risk in comparison with the usual risk which is 25%.
