I'm not positive that I'm pregnant (2 (-) urine tests and 1 (-) blood test, but no period for almost 2 months). I've been having symptoms for the last two weeks or so, but today I had light cramping below my belly button. I assumed it was a menstrual cramp, although I've never had any before. Then at 10:30 I woke up because it hurt so much. Now, at 2:30 in the morning, I'm unable to go back to sleep, as the pain in my left side and lower abdomen is so bad. I don't know what to do. I would feel stupid going to the doctor when it's just menstrual cramps, but I'm scared because I've read that it could be a sign of an ectopic pregnancy. What should I do?

You really need to go to the doctor.
You will be fine but you don't want to let things get worse if it is ectopic or perhaps somthing totally different.
The main indications that somthing is happening is that you have had no period for 2 month and (-) test results both urine and blood.
This can happen if it is an ectopic pregnancy because the hcg levels will not show and are not increasing. However, it could be that you are not pregnant and have developed and irregular cycle. Best to check with a medical doctor and let them check everything thoroughly.
