I'm in my 7th Week of pregnancy, I've got a cold and my doctors given me antibiotics. I've just experience some dis-coloured mucus. Is everything OK?

This sounds like your body is kicking the cold. Usually 24 hours after you start an antibiotic you will start to have the mucus. This just means that the cold is leaving your body. Now if this mucus is v____al this in another story and I would call the doctor to get checked out.
