Hi my name is Amanda. I have really bad pains in my inner thigh and in my va___a area it hurts to walk sometimes and when i sit down it hurts to get up and when I lie down it hurts to get up or even roll over to the other side. These pains are like all the time not a once in while thing I mean these pains get really bad and sometimes I don't even want to move. And I am on my 35th week of being pregnant. Can you please help me? I would appreciate it very much. Thank you.

You need to talk to your doctor. It's probably ligament pain, but the doctor would know for sure. Try moving slowly when you get up, and also getting up from lying down by getting on your hands and knees. If it's warm enough where you live, swimming might feel good because it would hold the weight of your tummy and give your body a rest.

I am in my 36th week and just started hjaving debilitating shooting pain down the inside of my right thigh near my crotch. It makes me double over and is horrible! I would also appreciate an answer on this!!

The pain is caused by the hormone relaxin loosening your ligamnets - and the baby's pressure on your pelvic bone - including ligaments and nerves. I found a maternity belt helps when I walk or am acitive - as it takes the pressure off your pelvis and distributes it to your hips.
