Molar Pregnancy With Twins

I am pregnant with twins, and they haven't seen the heart beats or even the babies. I am about 8 and a half weeks along. They diagnosed me with having a molar pregnancy. Now I don't have va___al bleeding, nausea is morning sickness, I do have an enlarged uterus, don't know if that is from having twins are not, to my knowledge no miscarriages, I have one son, my ultra sound wasn't snowy, and also I have had precancerous cells on my cervix that they did a leep on. So my question is...should I get a second opinion or not?
