Morning Sickness All The Time Then Nothing

Hi there, I am a brand new future mommy. I am about 6 weeks along! My question is, I have felt a steady morning sickness feeling almost every hour, but for sure every two hours.
I woke up this morning and nothing, and still all day nothing! My question is, what is the main sign of a Miscarriage? Just bleeding alot, or could it include this also?
Just alittle worried! thanks for any info!

you would be hurting and bleeding with a miscarriage. morning sickness comes and goes there is no way to know when it will hit or when it will stop. im sure your fine. good luck
