Pregnant Again After Miscarriage And No Menstrual Cycle

I just found out I am 6 weeks pregnant after having a miscarriage back in January (8 weeks). Before I was pregnant the first time, I had not had a menstrual cycle in 10 months. After losing the baby, doctors tried Prometrium to start my cycle back, with no luck. Surprisingly, I was still able to get pregnant this time (Wonderful surprise) however I am worried that not having had a cycle in 1.5 years may effect this pregnancy. Any advice?
