I got a flu with minor fever. Will this affect the baby?

what happened, are you and your baby OK?. I have had a flu too and I have scared my self silly. the internet is wonderful but now I am fully aware of reserach that talks about neural tube defects caused by fevers in the first trimester. I guess I have to wait til my 12 week scan to find out.
