Pregnant Immediately After Blighted Ovum

I had a m/c at 6 weeks (empty gestational sac), with bleeding and clots that began on 3/9. HCG levels on 3/9 were ~1500 mIU/ml and decreased to ~150 two days later. The OB said the falling levels were a good sign. The bleeding stopped ~1 week later. And there was no more follow-up.
My husband and I immediately began having regular s_x again. On 4/8 (30 days since m/c bleeding began) I took a preg test which came back positive. Then at 45 days I began having light spotting. It got a bit heavier at 48 days and I went to the ER. There my HCG levels were 57,000 and but U/S showed an empty gestational sac. Followed up with the OB 2 days later (50 days) and HCG was 65,000. She thought that I conceived again and it was either a) an early pregnancy and yolk sac not yet visable, b) an ectopic pregnancy though it was not seen on the U/S, or c) a molar pregnancy resulting from remaining material from the m/c. Will do another ultrasound in 1 week to see what is up.
The OB said molar pregnancy is rare, the HCG levels were too high for another empty gestational sac, and I likely had an early preganacy. But I think the HCG seems too high for an early pregnancy, and it's not doubling every 2 days.
Anyone have a similar situation or any ideas about what is going on??? I'm worried I'm having another m/c.
