Pregnant Or Period Miscarriage Help

I had a m/c at 5 weeks in March then went onto the pill when I got my next period. Over the past week and a half I've been experiencing the same preg symptoms I had the first time. I'm on my first break on my pill packet and started to bleed a little yesterday morning. In the afternoon I passed a round piece of yellow/white tissue with a small clot of blood at one end. Does anyone know what this could be? I don't feel like I did when I m/c last time and I don't feel like I do when I get my period. I'm only bleeding a small ammt of red blood this morning. I only found out recently that I need to take the pill at the same time every day and just after starting my last pack I missed a day. Sorry this is a lot but I'm going crazy wondering what is going on. To top it off, I moved to the US only 2 weeks ago with my US husband and won't have any insurance for another month (when I get a social suecurity number) so I don't have a doctor here yet. Any advice would be appreciated thanks.

I m/c 3 months ago, got pregnant again before I even had a period, but lost that baby too. I was probably only 5 wks along, but had gotten faint positive pregnancy tests. When I lost that one I had very little cramping, small clots, but a larger one with white tissure in it. Soooo, it's possible you were pregnant again, and m/c again.
