I see here alot of people are on a very high dosage of progest. I am only on 200 mg by mouth at night is anyone else.....I am scared that is not enough.If you are having twins do you have to have more progest?

I wish I had a better answer, I am on 400 mg at night orally and dont know if my levels were even tested. I am not sure if I am on it for precautionary reasons or what...I know i had wanted to be proactive this time around, my first pg ended in m/c end of march and I am now pg again w/o an af in between. are you on this for any reason in particular?

Yea 12 prior m/c I was on progesterone with my last 3 kids and went fine....so I am not sure why I feel like 200 isn't enough.You should be thankful to your dr I went to several dr and none ever gave me progesterone untill 11 miscarriages I found the right dr .She prescribed it and here I am 3 kids later with 1 on the way but I am soo nervous that I need more this time? I got pregnant and lost 1 while on progetserone but the medicine was expired!
