Ripping Abdominal Wall

Any ladies out there who have had repeated abdominal surgeries who are now pregnant with complications from incisional hernias/ripping abdominal walls? I would really appreciate your responses and hearing of your experiences ... the pain and discomfort is becoming almost intolerable, and I need assurance and/or realistic advice.

I think I have an incisional hernia from my last c-section. My doctor couldn't feel it, because I'm seriously overweight, but he said if I did have one, it could be repaired during this c-section. I'm 29 weeks now and I've had some discomfort, but strangely enough the area where I suspect the hernia is much less painful than it was a year ago. I can still feel a bulge there, and when I stand for a long time I get a feeling of fullness in the v____a, but the actual pain is not as bad as it was in the past. I bought an elastic support belt from Motherhood, and it helps too.
