Rising HCg Decling Progesterone And Estrogen

I have had two miscarriages...one at six weeks and the second at seven weeks. I am pregnant again and on day 40. My hcg is at 14443 from 6671 in 3 days however my progesterone went from 30 to 18.7 and my estrogen from 346 to 283. Has anyone had this happen?
