hi, i am 6 week and had one miscarr. I would like to know that what is the good position when u are going to sleep or lay down. Somebody told me that never lay down on your belly and on your back (means staright like {-----}) but i have noticed that at night most of the time i slept staright. Which position is good and bad for the baby. plz help me......
