Somebody Please Help I Need Advice

My last period was Oct. 25. I have experienced sore br___t, cravings, fatigue, chronic UTIs and hair and nails growing like crazy. My last preg test was done two weeks ago, a blood test, and it came up negative. All hpts are also negative. I visited my doc last week and he prescribed something to make my period start. I refuse to take it until an ultrasound is done. He pushed a little on my tummy and I had some mild cramping for a few hours after that. Are UTIs common? What do you think?
