Spotting Low HCG 4 5 Weeks

I'm having spotting red to brownish, it can only be seen when I wipe, nothing on a pad. I am approx 4.5 weeks along.
My betas are:
11/22 17.3
11/24 44
11/27 124
Why would I be spotting and do these numbers look good to you?

you should be fine i bleed in the beginning with both of my baby's and they are fine

I was spotting for a week and then last night I saw bright red blood with 2 small clots, they were definitely blood not tissue, Then is stopped. This AM I am back to just spotting. Do you think there is a chance for my pregnancy. I am about 5 weeks and 5 days? Went to the doctor for spotting and he was not concerned. No strong abdominal pain just slight cramping last night.
