Tubal Pregnancy Or Miscarriage

i need help!! how do i know the difference between a miscarriage and a tubal pregnancy? i'm 19 and they say its too early to know if its tubal pregnancy so i have to watch my bleeding and cramping. i have been bleeding really really heavy and the cramping is so bad i can barly walk. now i'm too scared to go to sleep. someone help me!!

jess,i don't knw wht to say about ur bleeding....i had an ectopic preg 2 and a half wks back.u feel the cramps more on a particular side.i had mine on the right.some have shoulder pains too...i only bled on that day and thn had spotting...some have very heavy bleeding....it ws only after 2 weeks that i started bleeding again..with very bad cramps...

yesterday i lost some tissue that looks like a small fetus to myself and my husband, my stomache has been throbbing and back hurting, but i have my tubes tied, i took pg test it was neg...What is goin on??
