What Could Be Wrong With Me

I am 2 weeks late on my period, took 2 pregnancy tests- negative. The night i was expecting my period i had a very bad cramp in the lower abdom area, felt like i was in labor lasted about 8 mintutes felt like 15 haha. Just the past two days i have noticed things floating in toilet after i urinate and little spotting with minor cramping on one side. I have no insurance, nor money to able to go to the doctor unless i know that there really could be something wrong or just really late on my period this month
