Why See A Doctor Right Away

I had a miscarrige on 4/5/05, I Feel I may be pregnant again. I feel seeing a Doctor to early causes more stress and more questions than answers. A womans body was made to carry a baby. It knows what it's supposed to do. I wonder if I wait until my 12th week would that be harmful? Or less stressful?
