Baby Dropped And Dialating

Hi I am 34 weeks and I am dialated to a 1 and am 50% effaced I have been experiencing mild cramping both in my stomache and my va___a, pelvic area for about a week. My baby also just recently dropped this week.. Is there any chance that I could possibly go into labor early before my due date or is this routine.. Please help me understand....

someone please reply who has had something similiar happen to you, so it will cause me to quit stressing......

Did you contact your dr at all about this? He would be the one to ask. I think you may be going into early labor and I think that you should go to a hospital or talk to your dr. I think that if you are going into early labor that the baby will be fine. His/her lungs should be developed and he/she would be fine if they were born early. They may be a little baby, but that is all you would have to worry about.
