i have had a hcg test resulting positive and should be in week 4. Since yesterday I found pinkish-brownish blood when wiping in the morning. going crazy!! help with some answers. First pregnancy...

I had the same at 7 weeks... now I am 13 W 4 D.. and baby is fine... it was just implantation bleeding for me... And as long as its not accompanied by cramps or back aches everything is OK. Mine is also first PG. Good luck.... Since you do have bleeding they may initiate and early ultrasound... but its very early to even see anything.... Take care and relax.
