you should try to rest as much as possible, call and make an appointment with you midwife or doctor, if there better then the one I have then youll get answers quicker then me! Keep me posted, could be a number of things from implantation bleeding to your uterus moving! seek medical advice tho! Keep us informed as im dealing with roughly same problem.
