Infantile Polycystic Kidney Disease

my sister who is 17 is 7 months and her baby has infantile polycystic kidney disease. It is so bad that both her kidneys are completely filled with cysts. Also her fluid level is down to 1.6 cm. They dont give her much hope. Can anyone give us some hope for our little Kayla. Please respond. thank you!
