Kidney Infection Durring Pregnancy

is there anything i can take for a kidney infection durring pregnancy, i am allergic to cranberries, and i am worried about medication, this is my 3rd pregnancy, and the only one that has got past the 1st trimester, so i am not a risk taker, please help

I don't think you have much choice. Your doctor will prescribe whatever you need to clear the infection up, regardless of the risk to the baby. It's not like you can forgo treatment. I have had 2 myself and used Cipro. I don't know how one could go even a day without seeking treatment for that. They made me extremely ill and I was urinating thick blood. Have you been seen yet?
