how would you know if you have miscarriage?

Miscarriage: I would define it as heavy bleeding, enough to soak up a pad, accompanied by abdominal cramping as well as pa__sing clots or tissue. bleeding or spotting can be normal in pregnancy, and possible could be a "Threatened Abortion" and bed rest could be reccomended by the Dr. but any bleeding that is accomanied by cramping or pain I would definatley visit the Dr. or ER right away.
